Iran allows mothers of three Americans to visit their children detained.

Tehran, May 11 .- Iran has granted visas to the mothers of the three U.S. citizens arrested in July so they can travel to the country and see their children, revealed today the spokesman Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ramin Mehmanparast.

"This is a humanitarian gesture, although we have not received the same treatment by the United States in similar cases," said Mehmanparast in his usual weekly press, sto energy credits, conference.

On 23 April, the White House and U.S. Secretary of State was asked publicly to Iran that would allow family visits after show "deeply concerned" about the emotional and physical health of detainees.

Shane Bauer, Josh and Sarah Fattal Shourd were arrested July 31 after illegally crossing the border between Iraq and Iran. Iranian authorities accuse them, tera gold, of espionage, while they claim to be tourists who got lost and mistakenly entered Iran.

The spokesman also cited the case of the French Clautilde Reiss, arrested in the protests that followed the elections last June 12 and said that their release depends on the Iranian Justice.

Mehmanparast, gods and heroes gold, also rrred to the Iranian Majid Kakavand, held in France for the alleged purchase of equipment to be used in Tehran's nuclear program and whose release is one of the conditions imposed by Iran to permit the release of the country of Reiss.

The Iranian spokesman said his country was grateful to the French courts to reject the demand for extradition to the United States Kakavand, indicating what I consider his "innocence."

"Kakavand was arrested under political pressure from U.S. and now that he has proved his innocence is entitled to lodge a complaint, in which case we will give our support," he stated.
