Econom-a/Energ-a.- Moody's assigns a power issue the note from Spain, but is considering a possible downgrade. The rating agency Moody's has assigned to Fund Redemption of Debt Electric (Fade) a note of 'Aa1' (the second best of his graduation and first of the highest quality), representing the same assessment that the Kingdom of Spain, which in turn exerts a guarantor of the tariff deficit emissions electricity system.
